Ar. Rahul Ajit Kadam
(Founder Partner/ Principal Architect)
An alumnus of BKPS College of Architecture, Pune, India. Ar. Rahul Kadam did his masters from South Bank, London, and was a student member at AA London. He traveled extensively before beginning work with leading architects like Ar. Bimal Patel, Ar. Hasmukh Patel, Ar. Kamal Malik and Ar. Karan Grover. He has been a Director-Partner at Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd. for over 15 years, handling diverse portfolios like hospitals, hotels, special economic zones, IT campuses, schools, corporate spaces for global MNC’s such as:

He is a strong follower of the need for Sensitive & Sustainable Designs to pervade in all sectors of architecture and design. He has taught and mentored several architectural schools in India.
Also, he presented papers on subjects related to Design and Planning in India and overseas. He has travelled to various countries for project assignments and for studying architecture. His quest for excellence has won him awards of repute in a career spanning over 24 years.
Ar. Nandini Rahul Gaitonde Kadam
(Founder Partner/ Principal Designer)
Nandini Rahul Gaitonde Kadam graduated from the LS Raheja School of Architecture, Mumbai. After gaining experience in national studios likes STUP and Edifice, she set up private practice with her husband, Rahul Kadam in Ahmedabad.
With a keen interest in crafting spaces in a sensitive way, Nandini has worked on a variety of project typologies like residential spaces, workspaces, adaptive reuse projects, etc.
Currently, she co-partners the NGK studio in Pune. Of late she also has been involved in creating landscape spaces at the NGK studio, with some Architectural, Landscape and Interior Architecture assignments. Her deep-rooted commitment towards the projects she designs, has helped service several satisfied clients and some of her work has been recognized by respected award forums. In the last six to seven years she has finished almost 30+ residential interior projects of various scales and sizes with a very satisfied client ecosystem.
As one of the partners she leads the residential interior vertical and plays a leading role in landscape design for large master planning assignments under The NGK studio.

Webinars
The interactive digital platforms of today offer us an unique opportunity to reach out to a wide audience to share the best practices on a range of issues connected with our profession.
'Synergy is Sensitivity' : Is a brief journey of our studio , that talks about how we reached -where we are and what we do. In this sharing we shall present 8-10 ( Built , ongoing and proposals ) projects that we have been involved in the last 5-6 years. These projects would be presented as case studies to explain the evolution of each project, from our first sketch or key ideas, that have manifested into a designed space- which is either built, under construction or at a proposal stage. In doing so our sincere quest has been to design in Synergy with Nature and in a very Sensitive way. Also, every proactive effort is made that spaces created by us have a sensory effect on end users. In this wonderful journey we have been very fortunate to have worked with supportive clients who have given us our creative space and freedom to create these projects and make their journey's possible .
